The worst service i ever received. Mark is a *****. Try call them or email them on anything, you will never get response. After being held ransom for service i did not receive in June and July, I was forced to pay 2 months for no service. I paid lots of money to be back online and I received message from Mark "Your service has been reinstated and your cancellation has been booked for 31 August 2019." End of August, service was terminated and I had no service. I signed up with Cool Ideas. End of September Mark ran debit order, and stole my money. FNB failed to reverse close to R600 debit order. End of October, End of November i received and invoice again for a cancelled service. No response to email and no response to emails. For your own peace, DONT DO BUSINESS WITH MARK or Firestream
