I NEED MY REFUND

What a waste of time!!!

I contacted Fibrestream with the hope of getting a fibre connection, instead I was promised the fibre and asked to pay my month 1 installment (this was mid October). After weeks of following up and poor/no response to my emails I was told that the complex I reside in does not have fibre infrastructure, I have fibre now from another service provider and have beeeen waiting for my refund and sending emails with no luck of response.
