I have tried to contact Firestream for some time now discuss service and other issues. Absolutely no response . They don't answer phones. The answering service cuts you off. Eventually after sending an e-mail to all of the mail adresses at the same time, I received the following lie. "Our phones are fully functional, you may contact us on *** or on ***. If you do not reach someone it will be due to the extension being busy in which case you will be prompted leave a voicemail which we shall endeavour to respond to within 1 business day." Firestream does not deserve to be in business. Clients should be appreciated, not insulted. Goodbye Firestream.
