Firestream the ISP you should stay away from!

This business is not only very quick to sign you up and take your money, but after that, you sit with a world of issues.

For almost 3 years of being with them. It took me 6 months to do a transfer of ownership. Then there is the issue of trying to get credited or refunded for a double payment that they received, and this is the response I am given today 09/09/2020.

"Hello Wynand, "We do not process refunds. You are a debit order customer so making payment via EFT of your own accord is your prerogative. Your service shall terminate on 31 October 2020. Regards,"

I will be lodging a formal complaint to ICASA and newspapers about the inefficiency and utter uselessness of this ISP, I can not understand how this company got a license to trade and operate as a service provider in the first place, as these people have no idea what customer service is, I'd like to meet the Owner face to face so that we can have a client/service provider conversation and so that this can be explained to me in person, as it seems that they are unable to communicate through other means.

I am taking this up to the full extent possible, as companies like this should be stopped from trading.

I as a paying client, warn ALL seeking an internet connection to stay away from this ISP as you will regret your decision.
