Firestream - No weekend Support

They have great specials via Vumatel and they get you signed up but my word support is shocking. You cant get hold of anyone one a Friday afternoon. No support over weekend. My fibre has been down since last night and tried to call now on a Saturday, office hours Mon-Fri 8-5pm. Shocking, cancelling my service with them
