FireStream "No one at home".. Bad Service.

Working with FireStream has been an absolute frustration from the onset. Currently i have sent 6 emails and still waiting for a response. It's almost like there is no one working there. On their website there is no Telephone number to call and no one replies from any of their 3 email addresses that they provide. Support/Info or Orders@firestream...
