Firestream Broadband Service Provider - Disgusting service

Shocking aftersales service. If your wi fi is down we have waited almost 4 weeks for a technician (December 2017) and now going onto day 5. Call centre technical support asks you to leave a message!

Important: check service agreement with these service providors. I really would not recommend them.
