The worst company you can use, they take out additional moneys over and above your agreed monthly fee. You only find out the true nature of the company upon cancellation. In my instance a technician comes to your house to install the router however upon cancellation I was told that I had to remove it and send it with its original packaging, who actually keeps the packaging. If item is not sent with original packaging they will than charge you an administrative fee. If you are not technologically inclined and you damage the item while taking out, you will be charged. Why can’t the same person who installed it take it out? You will need to arrange to have the item sent to them via courier at your own expenses. I was told that I can post it with Aramex.

I just asked them for the address because I am sick and tired of them as they want me to pay them R1999 for the router.

So guys please think twice before purchasing from this company. Do your research there are way better company’s.
