Extremely bad service and no communication from FireStream

Bad service from FireStream. no one get back to you. yesterday suspended my account but i paid on 26th. extremely bad service. No communication at all from them, i have to keep e-mailing, because no one answers their phones, and even if you leave a message they don't call back. They suspended my internet without notice, only this morning received an e-mail as an invoice to say my internet suspended due non payment. but i paid!. useless.
