Big Big NO to Firestream

Big NO to firestream. Such a terrible service provider. It was my big mistake to sign up with them. Be careful before sign up with Firestream. I had an issue with internet speed so I called Firestream(Mark). He said "We cannot fix your problem. All our customers use the same internet service and you are the only one having an issue. If MetroFibre find nothing wrong we will cancel your service." Such a rude response to customer instead of try to understand the problem and fix the issue. So finally I send cancellation notice to firestream but they haven't cancelled with MetroFibre on time. Now I cannot change my service provider due to firestream didn't send cancellation request to MetroFibre on time. I have sent many messages to Mark on whatsapp to cancel my line with Metrofibre asap but he said it's not under his control, now I have to suffer just because of poor service from Firestream. Firestream should not survive in the market if they can't provide good service to their customer.
