Bad service

Very bady service. Hardly two months with the company but im just fed up. When they want payments before even a month is over they send trillion sms and emails. And yet when they are supposed to provide service they drag their feet. I have been over a week without connection. They can't even figure out the problem and they want to put it on the customer. You pay for callout with the problem from their side. This is the worst service ever!
