Bad Service!

POOR SERVICE!! They are quick to collect money but when it comes to paying back they refuse to. Alot of excuses! Our account was on hold since February & we have cancelled it but now they come with ALLA sorts of T&C. And it is no use you trying to hold of the MD to sort this out, they just ignore you. Especially his secretary that knows the whole story that was out of my hands & now they just say "Oh so sorry!". I used to highly recommend them but after this experience. NO WAY!!
