Bad service

After the first complain things has gotten worse. I'm at a point of no return. I have been complaining about low speeds every evening, since this morning there has been no connectivity at all, I called the support line and lost my cool with them after they dropped the call. They not acknowledging my cancellation request since 9 July, what more can be done? I'm at end width with these people
