Bad Customer Experience

I have requested for a transfer of line, however, I didn't receive any positive feedback from firestream yet, as well as one of my friend raised a termination request on 21st Dec 2020 and they have not yet acted upon, very poor customer experience. I have emailed them(***/***/***) at least 4 times but no response yet.
