Which was worse? The food or the service?

On Sunday 12 April 9 of us gathered at Fires for a family lunch. It was not very busy and we quickly ordered food, as we had already been to 5 other places who could not seat 9 of us. Food took 2 hours to tget tot he table, when we got up to ask what the problem was they cited loadshedding. half the table's food arrived, the other half not. Med rare steak was well done and when waiter was questioned he rep**** that I should wait and see what the others get cause maybe one of them have my steak on.....Leg of lamb was old and stringy - not pleasant at all. Chicken schnitzel was raw when it eventually arrived. Manager came to table, cited loadshedding, shrugged his shoulders and we never saw him or the waiter again...sat with empty dirty plates in front of us for at least 30 minutes before they were cleared. absolutely awful experience - will never go back.
