No emotional investment

Last week Monday the 20th April 2023, we had a late lunch my friend and I in this establishment situated in the Mall Of Africa. After leaving the restaurant we realized that we did loose one of the bangles 18 carats yellow gold Women's Classic 6mm which came off accidentally while we were in this restaurant, we therefore called them immediately and stated to them the sequence of events. They never returned the calls , the manager did not even want to get to the phone call and speak ,their telephone etiquette was rude and very unskilled and the way they handled this matter was very shady. The staff indicated that they had no interest on the matter in question. Very disappointed.
