FIREROOM CASTLE GATE BOOKING ****

We booked for the Family at FireRoom Castle Gate, and we got ****med.

There is a *** number attached to the fireroom google page. What really gets to me is that Fireroom acknowledged this ****, and it seems they have done nothing about it. We got ****med at around 12pm and the information is still up on the page at 19h52.

Surely Fireroom should have reported this to the authorities and GOOGLE at the least.

@Fireroom, we are customers, and you should have our interests at heart. When the first customers reported this, what did you do about it?
