Fireroom cannot cater for Muslims on the set menus that they force you to take on a group booking

I want to make a booking at Fireroom in Montecasino, for my daughters 21st, but they want me to choose from a set menu, the reason why I chose Fireroom is because of the sushi and fish dishes, half of my family is Muslim and wont be able to eat the meat from the set menu, and they cannot cater for muslims in this regard.
