Bad service for takeout order

Good day

I wish to complain about utterly poor service and disrespect received from a lady by the name of candice that was on duty on 30 June 2023 at 18:30 Castle Gate.

I am complaining because I’m a customer who paid for my takeaway but I was treated as if had queued for free food. She might have **** to me about her name but I know pinkie handled the order was not at fault but candice who is “African” brown skin toned. I have to describe her so you will actually know who exactly it is.

I expressed how disappointed I was and the male waiter laughed at me.
