Bad Service at Fireroom Hazelwood

Today my family and I went to Fireroom and had the worst experience ever. It was busy but waiting 45mins for food was ridiculous. When I came it was cold and rice was dried out. The waiter just said one order was forgotten and 3 were ready and apologized as they were busy. I sent it back & didn't want it reemade for a reason. Wow, I will definitely never go back again or recommend the place. So much for an upmarket restaurant. Bill came & I still paid gratuity.
