Bad management and communication skills

We came at the restaurant ordered 2 tomahawk and the other one had human hair on the meat,we called for a manager to assist on the matter because i cud not eat ,he said his staff always wear headwrap and that this hair is not from his staff surely it came from us because the meat was burnt,we told him that the person who was flaming the meat infront of us was not wearing a headwrap he now did not know what to say but kept his word that the hair was not from his staff,and because of his attitude we told him that we just wanted his acknowledgement and an apology but he came with a full bad attitude and we told him we will not pay for the plate
