Bad and Disgusting Service

Just a bad Service to the fireroom in Montecasino, The waiter and Manager called Tea gave us a horrible apology ..imagine getting hair in the ribs and when we return it she said she will just replaced a rib that was wrapped in hair ..I find that so disturbing and senseless
