Threatening to trespass and remove flashing

<p>The manager of Fireplace & Appliances in Hout Bay has chosen to cut the existing soaker sheet and insert a new flasing underneath. His staff was ill equipped (wrong leadder, wrong *****s) to do the job and the outcome looks horrible. I contacted him and the office as I saw what was happening to be shouted at and shut down. No one came to evaluate the workmanship and they insisted on full payment, which is not deserved. Now they are threatening to tresass during my absence and remove the flashing, which I have paid for. </p>
