Unbelievable!

Shocking service from management at Fireplace brakpan.

Firstly we ordered 1 Cafe latte and 1 Cappuccino with cream 'served luke warm'.

We ordered 2 medium curry and rice, 1 with rice and 1 with spaghetti.

We get 1 with banana and chutney and other with nothing, when we asked them for chutney and banana for the other plate, they told us we must pay R9,00 for the chutney... Then extra for banana! WHAT?

Then we found hair in one plate, where poor waiter was so caring and kept apologizing on behalf of management that we just paid and left.. UNPROFESSIONAL FROM MANAGEMENT THAT THEY DIDNT EVEN TRY COME UP TO APOLOGIZE OR EXPLAIN!

Unbelievable!

And here we were thinking to have our function upstairs! NOT HAPPENING ANYMORE! THANK GOODNESS!
