Absolutely disgusting management behavior

Good day,

I have been a loyal customer of fireplace roadhouse for many years. The food is always great as well as the service. What I witnessed today has left sour g****s in my mouth and I was not impressed by meal either and It only makes sense why the food was not great as always. I saw the owner (wearing a long sleeve pink shirt) shouting at his staff at the pass. When I asked the waiter why the boss is so upset, he rep**** saying he is always like this and sometimes even hits us. I then asked the waiter why doesn't he address the issues and he rep**** saying he is scared of losing his job. I am appalled by what I heard and saw. This is certainly not the correct way of dealing with staff. Absolutely disgusting!!!
