Service vs Race. ????

I placed my order with Sylvester, when i arrived (18:57), they did not seem to be very busy, Sylvester took my order, and the wait started, about 45 minutes later I saw that my order is placed on the counter, meanwhile they got quite busy with a lot of people arriving and ordered food after me. Sylvester walked a couple of times passed my food, taking out orders to customers that ordered after me, my food still standing on the counter. All the customers that Sylvester served after me were of his own race, while I am still looking at my order standing on the counter, maybe just to fill the space. My food stood on the counter for about 10 minutes, i ordered a combo, a milkshake and a sundae, needless to say, the food was cold and ice cream warm. When i did confront Sylvester about this, his answer was that he was not sure if it is was my order, that is why he did not take it. I asked him if he would prefer to only serve people of his own race, to which he just rep**** "sorry sir". I requested to talk to Ziggy, one of the management members, on explaining the situation to Ziggy he informed that Sylvester is one of his best waiters, my opinion, if Sylvester is one of the best, then the standards of Fireplace Roadhouse, Secunda has decreased drastically. The Fireplace has always been a very nice place visit, but it seems like that just don't care anymore. This was not the first time that I had to wait long for food that is already on the counter. If this is how the service of Fireplace is going to be, then i think that tonight was my very last visit to them. If one race gets preference above another race in a restaurant/take-away/fast (not so fast anymore) food environment, and that from one of the best, then i guess that this is the beginning of the end of an establishment that has been an almost landmark in Secunda for a very long time. It is really sad that customer service should be influenced by something like race. Poor poor poor on your side Fireplace Roadhouse Secunda
