I would not recommend

Delivered the wrong order, we phoned them and they first came to collect the order to see if it really was the wrong order and an hour later, just before 8pm, delivered the order again. (I hope that you compensated for the delivery driver having to drive up and down using her own car). Still the pizza was not what we asked for but we accepted it as we didn't want to wait for another hour or more. I've had problems before but this time was once too many. We used to love Fireplace and supported them any time we got take outs but last night was just the last straw for us. I hope that the owner takes a look at the management team as they are driving your business into the ground.
