Very frustrating experience
Dealing with Fireplace & Co was a very frustrating experience. The installation date was postponed many times with minimal communication from the company. Phone calls were often not returned resulting in having to physically visit their offices. After 2 months the fireplace was eventually installed by a very friendly and professional installation crew. It is however not complete. I am awaiting further communication at this point in time.

Thank you for complimenting my team, I'm sorry for the confusion about you wanting black flues. I'm glad that your installation is complete and that you are happy with the end result. When we invited you to rate us on Hellopeter we had genuinely not realised that your flues weren't sprayed. Sorry we missed the mark.
