Unreliable. Overpromise and don't deliver.
They trap customers into payment for stock they don’t have and can’t get.
No fireplace after 6 months of excuses and delayed installation dates.
Finally refunded after 1 month of excuses and delayed payment dates.

I am glad that the matter has resolved and that you were refunded your deposit with interest as well as guaranteed that the fireplace would be installed with a substantial discount once the stock arrives. It was a a massive struggle to get the refund, and no I did not get any interest on the refund.
There is unfortunately no scenario where I will consider doing business with your company again or recommend you to anyone.
