They make promises and do not deliver

I paid a deposit of R14000 on 28 March 2022 to this company, who acknowledged it and scheduled the installation for 14 April. We cut a holiday short in order to be here for the installation. They did not install. On 14 April they promised that they “most definitely can, weather dependent” do the installation on 21 April after numerous phone calls. They did not install although the weather was fine but delivered the fireplace without the flues late afternoon on Fri 22 April. On 25 April I asked them to return the deposit after which they can take the fireplace back and gave them our account details. They did not repay us. On 29 April they said that they have scheduled the installation for 5 May after numerous phone calls and WA's They did not install. I cancelled my order again today.
