The heat is on.

We ordered the Vanessa from this company in midst of the very cold winter last year. We paid the deposit and 2 weeks later had the installation done. The first team installed the unit and cut a very neat whole through the ceiling and roof for the chimney. The next team installed the coil a week later and helped us to start the first fire. One thing we did not check was the glass panel you need under the unit. This we had to order afterwards as it was not part of the initial quote. My dealings with Janine and Noleen was very good. Frank came to install it. He knows his job. We are loving our beautiful oven.
