SILENCE.........No fireplace, 80% deposit still not refunded.

I would never recommend this company. I paid a 80% deposit of R20,792 in March 2022. They gave me an installation date 12 April 2022. I waited all day and no one pitched up. My calls were not answered and my emails were ignored. I was given another date and the same thing happened. I cancelled my order and asked for a refund of my deposit. It is now August. No refund has been paid back. The owner Djamile kept promising me a refund. Now there is no communication. Calls, messages and emails are ignored.
