Shocking Business Practice

Its shocking that these people are not all in jail for *****. Please, spend your hard earned money somewhere else. I requested a refund before I received the product. They said it would take 7-14 business days. Its day 20 and they keep feeding me different bull**** excuses every day as to why it hasn't happened yet. From loadshedding to a sick accountant or that I am loaded on the payments for tonight…. and again and again night after night. I guess legal action or consumer protection will be the only way. Or opening a case of ***** at the police station near their office. Please shop elsewhere and don't make the same mistake.
