Promises....promises.......

I would never recommend this company. I would give minus 5 stars if I could. doing business with them has been incredibly frustrating. They do not live up to their promises. They do not respond to emails and seldom respond to WhatsApp messages. On 24 March 2022 I paid 80% deposit and was told the installation would take place within 2 weeks. They did not pitch up on the installation date. Another date was set and again nothing happened. All the excuses were given .......not enough people to do installation, and so on. Finally I was told they did not have the fireplace I ordered. I chose another fireplace and the same thing happened ....... no communication. No committed date. It has been 3 months and nothing has been done. I am fed up with this company and have asked for a refund of my deposit. I am hoping I will not have to the legal route!
