None delivery of Fireplace after 6 months. No refund to date

<div>We placed an 80 % deposit of R14 375 for a fireplace in November 2021. We have on numerous occasions been promised delivery of the fireplace. We have requested a refund in April 2022. We message and call the company to be told we will get back to you, or another delivery date. We have been made aware of many other clients suffering the same problem.&nbsp;</div>
