These are the facts; I paid R15984 deposit on 20 May 2022 I still have not received a fireplace I have had 4 cancelled installation dates with multiple different excuses I have been promised my money back, and the owner has signed the letter of demand I delivered to him I have not received my money back to date and no sign of it coming - 14 day deadline on letter of demand has long come and gone Myself and multiple others have opened ******** cases against the staff, as well as small claims court cases to try to retrieve my money Small claims court has already found against the company for other client. The money had not been paid back despite this ruling as of a week ago My friend has had exactly the same experience, and has not received their fireplace either
