Honour, trust, compassion.......???

I have suffered a stressful 5 months trying to either get a fireplace installed or my deposit of R20,792 refunded. I am a struggling pensioner with deteriorating health. My medical bills are high and yet I took out the R20,792 from Savings to pay the deposit on a fireplace from this company : Fireplace and Chimney Co. I felt it would help me with my health problems and with the cost of electricity it would be cost effective during the winter I paid the deposit in March and was promised installation by 12 April. Well the story continues and it is now 9 August and the company does not have any stock. I have begged for a refund so I can pay my medical costs. The owner, Djamile Rossouw promised a refund by 8 July. I have received nothing. I have been admitted to hospital twice during these 5 months for stress and medical problems due to the cold. Yet Djamile ignores my emails and calls All I can say is I am so disappointed in a man who claims to be compassionate and honours his word.
