Had initial struggles with the chosen unit not being available at the time of payment. After discussing my issues with Janine and rearranging installation date they gave me a better fire place unit at no extra charge as a solution to my problem. Jackson and Reza were great installation team which took just over 2 hours to install. My fire place is in and ready to go.
