The installation of my fireplace was done very well. The product is amazing and I can't fault it at all, quality product supp**** by Fireplace & Chimney Co.

My 3 star rating could probably have been a 4 or 5; had my experience with the customer service not been such a poor one. I understand that during lockdown there were many constraints experienced by everyone, but when you're running a promotion and promise delivery/installation in 4 weeks after requesting 80% deposit and not communicating your difficulties, customers experience starts to take a knock.

I believe that if it wasn't lockdown I would probably have rated my experience a 5.
