Exceptional service

Had the Fireplace and Chimney Co install a fireplace in our lounge. From the moment Jim arrived at my house I knew I had made the right choice. As professional as they come, Jim gave us a very fair quote and we accepted immediately. The team arrived a few days later (on time as promised) and installed my stunning Red fireplace. The crew were polite, cleaned up and just an amazing bunch of guys, very friendly, explained in detail what to do and what not to do. (I actually made a mistake over a weekend and called Jim, within 30 minutes his man was there to help, again this was on a weekend, unheard of service in Cape Town) We are loving our fireplace, no leaks, works like a bomb and the comments from visitors makes it all worth well.
