Excellent service feedback

I initially gave them a 1 star because they reacted poorly to the concerns an out-of-town friend of mine had with their service levels. Closer personal contact with them, particularly with a very helpful and professional Janine Mahabeer, changed my opinion about them as she did and acted as she said she would. It was explained that they have been battling with itnl. deliveries because of the European war, Covid 19, shipping bottlenecks, and of late, the natural weather disasters affecting shipping and container offloading in Durban, and, with that, on-sailing to CPT. This had a major impact on their service levels through no fault of their own, thus causing substantial delivery delays. Janine, thank you for your efforts to rectify this situation with your feedback, the fireplace is now fitted and looks absolutely stunning - well done to you and your team. These stars were hard earned and well deserved.
