Hi Don, thank you for review. I'm sorry for the delay in getting your fireplace, that particular brand is custom made, glazed and fired in a kiln. When we finally received your fireplace, you insisted that we were giving you our showroom unit and demanded to see our invoice and delivery note. The ladies in the office had the fireplace brought from the showroom to our offices where you still insisted that although it was the same brand new unit which you ordered, it still wasn't yours. You then suggested a replacement of a completely different brand. We have CCTV footage in both our locations of our staff showing you the the wrapped new fireplace. We then offered to drive to drive 137 km to Aurora on the West Coast on the same day to install your fireplace at cost. When you refused, we then offered to install and give you the fireplace free of charge. The fireplace is worth R16000. When you once again refused, we refunded your full deposit with interest. The custom made to order fireplace is still in our showroom should you reconsider and allow us to install it. Regards, Jim
