Defective Product and Zero after sales service

I would not recommend this Company at all. They installed a fireplace and within 15 days the firebricks cracked,handle fell off the door , paint all started peeling. After numerous requests to replace the fireplace they came out and said the firewood was not dry enough. Measured 14 and i have heard that 16 and below is acceptable. A YEAR LATER nothing has been repaired,fixed,replaced and now the entire bottom ash tray has completely warped. No answer to whats apps,appointments not kept and no call as to why they didnt arrive and no further service give. Defective workmanship and most definitely a defective product
