Bad to good to bad

I'm so frustrated right now with Fireplace and Chimney Co. here is why. We were super excited to get a fireplace as we always wanted one and finally were at the means of getting one. After much concideration and references, we went with Fireplace and Chimney all the way out in Fish Hoek. We spoke to Janine who gave us some advice and recommended that we make a deposit that same day (06 May)in order to meet the deadline of the special which we did. An installation date was given. No shows for those dates "Not happy". Then after we made contact, a new date was given as there was apparently no stock of our fireplace. We were then offered a loner fireplace until our unit arrives in the country"Very happy". On the date of installation, they just dropped the unit off at my place. I called but everyone seemed confused. At this time after all the communications, I picked up that something is happening in the background because of all the constant stories we were given. Finally, Riyaad & Ashraf came and installed the unit (19 May)Super happy with the level of detail and the quality of work this team produced with the installation. We were then asked to wait till 30 May to get the fireplace we ordered and that's more or less when they will arrive in the country. I then called Fireplace and chimneys supplier every day from the 1 June just to confirm if the Regina fireplace has arrived in the country in order not to bother Fireplace and chimneys but was also relieved that what they were saying is true. Finally 8 June the supplier confirmed that stock has arrived of which I called Fireplace and chimney and they confirmed it has arrived and needed 2 days 8,9 June to receive the unit and do quality checks but they will be installing the unit anywhere between 13 & 15 June. 13,14 June it was raining. 15 June was a clear sunny day out here in Cape Town no one pitched. It's the 17 June(Clear Sunny Day) and I tried calling all numbers listed for them but no one... NO ONE including Janine's cellphone answers my calls. This is my story, I will keep this post updated as I receive any info. As I am sitting with a fireplace that we never wanted or paid for. Nevertheless, we will give Fireplace & Chimney Co the opportunity to correct this issue as this is causing so much stress for my pregnant wife which is so unprofessional.
