Absolutely shocking business, the WORST EVER!!!!!!!!

Goodday , i just want to advise anyone who wants to buy and install a fireplace to NOT use Fireplace & Chimney Co. They are quick to take your full amount of money , but when it comes to service and delivery they are full of excuses and promises. I bought 3 fireplaces from them beginning of september last year and paid the full amount of money . After 3 months of struggling and empty promises and lies about couriers that will be picking up the fireplaces etc and when the fireplaces will be delivered, they eventually sent me 2 out of the 3 fireplaces. I had a project to complete end of last year and by the time the fireplaces arrived (not just a incomplete order) the contractors had to close for holidays. Its already 2 months later, i havent received my 3rd fireplace . I asked for a refund on the third and after many lies and telling me they will refund me on a certain date ,I haven’t received any refund. Ive tried to call the owner several times and sent him watsapp and he just ignores my calls and whatsapps. The company amd employees are also now ignoring my calls and my whatsapps. I have to go the legal route now to get my money back. Please be aware and read reviews on hellopeter before buying from these people
