Terrible experience

My family and I wanted to enjoy a nice night out together with some good food and a relaxed atmosphere. My dad had rhe caper sole, my sister had the alfredo, my mum had the pichana steak and I had the oxtail. The caper sole and alfredo was a win. Great food, drvine flavors. The steak however was an awful cut. Not made to the way she wanted and even after adding a mushroom sauce, there was no way of recovering it. Terribly prepared. The oxtail was different. It was braised, rather than slow cooked the way im use too. It was okay but it came with so much mash and so little gravy. It was absolutely dry. On request, we got more gravy. The service was so bad we had to constantly be looking and waving down our waitress. The manager was no where to be found until we complained about the steak. There were kids running through the restaurant and playing so loudly. We just wanted a quite night of dining and this surelt isnt the place. The kids thought it was a play ground. It was insane! Food looks better than it tastes. Not worth the experience.
