FIREHEAD BIRD PROOFING SERVICES - NO SERVICE, THEY DO NOT SHOW UP

Never use this company. I found a much better pest control business that came out within an hour and installed bird proofing pluse removed a trapped bird in less than 1 hour. Firehead are the most unprofessional people. Worst customer service. I called them 5 times to follow up on when they would arrive with no feedback. They left me with a bird stuck in my fireplace for an entire day without informing me they couldn’t come assist and no updates or communication, you can phone and follow up and no one can give you feedack Don’t waste your time or money. Very unreliable they will simply just not show up. They put the phone down on me to avoid dealing with the complaint I made about their service. This company promised they would come and only told me at the end of the day that they couldnt make it, not that they were fully booked or that they were unable to assist. They advised on a google review that they were fully booked and unable to help me as an excuse for their service and dishonesty. Their nonchalant feedback to respond to complaints is representative of the service you will receive.
