They accepted my booking, took my money for a holiday rental. I arrived there and they told me they can't give me my car because I have bad credit; a thorough insult from someone who took R2,5k from me. Some truly ******* service. At this point they still have my money and I'm STILL careless. I had to change my holiday plans. I even asked for a regular at which point they refer me to a 'broker' website. They take people for a ride and are very condascending.
