A rental that never happened

I am writing a review about a business deal that has never happened. The reason? As I got off the plane at Durban's King Shaka Airport, I directly went to the car rental stalls, looking for Firefly Car Rentals. After walking around for about 45 minutes, round and round the stalls, I gave up. I even tried to look up 'Firefly at Durban/King Shaka airport', to no avail. How on earth should one know instinctively that they are part of Hertz?? Please people, get your branding up to speed!
