Rubber coat

I bought rubber coat/ waterproofing paint in April 2023 the salesman told me it works on cracks also has a guarantee of 10yrs but the roof is still leaking even the rubber coat is app****, i logged a complain no one called me i went in store and logged a complain again and got called since then no one got in touch or inspector sent to inspect when i follow up i keep on getting one and the same story they will send the inspector. i send pictures to the line manger and location even now no one has called or gave me feedback. i had to buy a different brand to stop the leakage. I'm very disappointed with the company and false Information from the salesman.
